(1)If a fresh poll is held under section 58, the returning officer shall, after completion of that poll, recommence the counting of votes on the date and at the time and place which have been fixed by him in that behalf and of which notice has been previously given to the candidates and their election agents.(2)The provisions of rules 56 and 57 shall apply so far as may be to such further counting.
