Section 44(1) in Arunachal Pradesh State Road (Regulation and Development) Act, 2015
(1)Where in pursuance of section 9(3), a State Road Authority wishes to have a survey made with a view to the preparation of authoritative plan or plans for any State road in its charge, it shall request the State Government in writing to order the survey and appoint a Survey Officer of the rank of Group-A, grade for the purpose.
