Section 1 in The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examination Act, 2002
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations Act, 2002.(2)It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Government Gazette.
