1. Allowed subject to all just exceptions. W.P.(C) 13700/2022 and CM No.41808/2022

2. Petitioner, who appears in person, impugns order dated 25.07.2022 whereby the Tribunal has dismissed the Original Application filed by the Petitioner. Petitioner had impugned order of transfer as well as relieving order from CSIR, Delhi to CSIO, Chandigarh.

Petitioner submits that he is presently serving in the post of W.P.(C) 13700/2022 page 1 of 2 Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed By:VINOD KUMAR Signing Date:23.09.2022 17:03:56 Principal Private Secretary and there is only one post of Principal Private Secretary in CSIO, Chandigarh and against that two Principal Private Secretaries are already posted there. Petitioner submits that in case he is transferred, he shall be the third Principal Private Secretary posted on one single post. Petitioner submits that he has given several representations, which have not been decided till date. He further submits that the Tribunal also by the impugned order dated 25.07.2022 directed the Respondents to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner by passing a reasoned speaking order. However, till date order has not been passed.

5. Notice is accepted by learned counsel appearing for the Respondents, who prays for time to take instructions.
