1. A perusal of order sheets would bear out that the Ld. Registrar on 2nd May, 2023 noted that numerous opportunities had been granted for bringing on record the LRs of the deceased petitioner and learned counsel for the petitioner stated that they had taken steps in this regard. Subject to depositing costs of Rs.5,000/-, they were allowed to file the same.

2. Subsequently, on 26th September, 2023 neither did anyone appear on behalf of the petitioner nor any application for bringing on record of LRs of deceased petitioner was on record. The matter has, therefore, been listed before this Court for directions.

3. Even prior to said orders, on 21st March, 2022, this Court had noted that the counsel for the petitioner had informed the Court about passing away of the petitioner and stated that appropriate steps would be taken. On 19th May, 2022, further time was granted by the Court for filing such This is a digitally signed order.

4. It is obvious that the family of the petitioner is not interested in pursuing this petition anymore.

5. The petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution.
