Section 1 in Chakma Autonomous District Council (Village Councils) Act, 2002
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Chakma Autonomous District (Village Councils) Act, 2003(2)It shall extend to the whole of the Chakma Autonomous District.(3)It shall come into force on its publication in the Mizoram Gazette.
