(2)If the defaulter is detained in the Tahsil lock-up, he shall be permitted to cook his own food. If he is not willing or is unable to do so, he shall be provided with necessary food, and the cost thereof shall also be recovered as arrears of land revenue.Attachment of Movable Properties
