LIC of India is pending in the regular bench of District Forum, Jalandhar while Complaint No. 652 of 2008 (Malkiat Kaur (mother) Vs. LIC of India is pending before Camp Court at Jalandhar. Further submits that in both the appeals the same controversy is involved.
In view of the discussion held above, this application is disposed of with the direction that Complaint No. 652 of 2008 (Malkiat Singh (mother) Vs LIC of India is transferred from the Camp Court to the regular Bench of the District Forum Jalandhar and the same be heard along with F.A. No. 610 of 2008 (Gurpree Kaur (widow) Vs. LIC.
