Heard Shri R.M. Bhangde, learned Counsel for petitioners. Perused judgment delivered on 27.11.2017 in Writ Petition No. 6552/2017.

2. Submission is, accordingly fresh inspection has been conducted on 05.01.2018, and it is in favour of petitioners, no orders to the prejudice of petitioners have been passed thereafter. Students allowed to be admitted by interim orders dated 13.10.2017, in that petition have appeared for examination and their result is withheld.

3. It is pointed out that for academic year ::: Uploaded on - 31/10/2018 ::: Downloaded on - 02/11/2018 02:00:59 ::: Order 3010wp7388.18 2 2018-19, again inspection has been carried out and permission to admit 50 students has been granted.

4. We therefore, find that the issue subsists only in respect of students admitted in the session 2017-18, because of interim orders dated 13.10.2017.

5. Notice for final disposal, returnable on 17.12.2018. Shri U. Aurangabadkar, learned ASGI for respondent nos. 1 and 3, Ms. M.A. Barabde, learned A.G.P. for respondent no.2 and Shri A. Deshpande, learned Counsel for respondent no.4, waive notice.

6. In this situation, we grant ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clauses [d], [e] and [f]. However, the same shall be subject to further orders of this Court in the matter.

7. If on any examination form, late fee is payable, the same shall be paid as per law.
