Section 25(1) in The Andhra Pradesh State Agricultural Council Act, 2020
(1)For the purposes of preparing the first Andhra Pradesh State Agricultural/Horticultural Practitioners Register, the Government shall, by notification, constitute a Registration Committee consisting of three persons holding Agricultural/Horticultural qualification and also appoint a person holding Agricultural/Horticultural qualification who shall act as Secretary of the Committee.
