Section 5(1) in The Rajasthan Land Reforms and Resumption of Jagirs (Compensation and Rehabilitation Bond) Rules, 1956
(1)[The principal of the Rajasthan Jagir Resumption Compensation and Rehabilitation Bond] [Substituted by Notification No. F.1 d(73) Revenue/A/61, dated 24-9-62, Published in Rajasthan part IV-C, Supplement, Gazette date 01-11-62] shall be paid in 15 equal instalments or in 30 equal half-yearly instalments at the option of the Jagirdar along with the interest then accrued due on the bond. The first annual payment shall become due on the expiry of one year/ from the date of resumption and the first half-yearly payment shall become due on the expiry of six months from the date of resumption:Provided that any bond may be redeemed at an earlier date at the option of the Government.
