3 03-10-2013Heard Sri Devendra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
The petitioner, who is in custody in Sursand P.S. Case No. 55 of 2013, registered for the offence under Section 302/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail.
It has been asserted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is general and omnibus allegation. No specific allegation has been levelled against the petitioner.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub - divisional Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30098 of 2013 (3) dt.03-10-2013 2/2 Judicial Magistrate, Pupari at Sitamarhi, in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 55 of 2013.
