Section 18 in Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences Act, 1986
18. Authorities of the University.
- The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:-(i)The Executive Council;(ii)[Academic Senate] [Substituted by 'Academic Council' Act No. 4 of 1998.];(iii)The Planning Board;(iv)The Finance Committee;(v)The Boards of Studies; and(vi)Such other bodies as the Statutes may declare to be authorities of the University.
