Section 2(x) in Jharkhand University of Technology Act, 2011
(x)"Constituent College" means any College established or maintained by the University for providing courses of study qualifying students for admission to the University examinations in accordance with the Statutes prescribed and includes a College established or maintained by any other University in the State immediately before the commencement of this Act and transferred to this University subsequently;
