Section 1 in Bihar Journalist Pension Scheme Rules, 2015
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
- These rules may be called "Bihar Journalist Pension Scheme Rules 2015".(1)It shall extend to whole of the state of Bihar.(2)It shall come into force from the date of issue.(3)The state government shall review the implementation of this policy and as required shall make amendments, from time to time.
