Section 35(2) in The Rajasthan Zamindari and Biswedari Abolition Act, 1959
(2)Subject to any general or special orders of the State Government, the Collector may, with the approval of the State Government, delegate all or any of the powers conferred on him by this Act to any Sub-Divisional Officer or Assistant Collectors subordinate to him, and all things done, action taken and orders passed by such Sub-Divisional Officer or Assistant Collector in exercise of the authority so delegated to him, shall, for all the purposes of this Act, be deemed to have been done, taken or passed, as the case may be, by the Collector who made such delegation.
