Section 32(1) in The U.P. Industrial Development Authorities Centralized Service Rules, 2018
(1)Subject to the provisions of sub-rules (2) and (3), the age of retirement from service of all officers and other employees of the service shall be sixty years beyond which no one shall ordinarily be retained in the service.
