Advocate along with authorized officer.
Parties agreed to settle the dispute by enhancing the amount of compensation already awarded by the Claims Tribunal by a further sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rs. One Lakh only). The enhanced amount shall be paid by the Insurance Company to the claimant/s within a period of two months from the date of order. In case the enhanced amount is not paid within a period of two months, the claimant/s shall be entitled to get interest at the rate of six percent per annum only on the enhanced amount from today. Rest of the award passed by the Claims Tribunal is kept intact.
Appeal stands disposed of with the aforesaid.
