Section 2(1) in Chhattisgarh Dangerous Machines (Regulation) Rules, 2016
(1)In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,-(a)"Act" means the Dangerous Machines Act, 1983 (No. 35 of 1983);(b)"Form" means form given to the schedule;(c)"Schedule" means Schedule appended to these rules;(d)"Section" means a section of the Act.
