Petitioner is aggrieved by the transfer order dated 17.6.2013. This order was stayed by this Court vide order dated 24.7.2013.
However, the petitioner has completed his normal tenure at the present place of posting. Accordingly, the present petition, with the passage of time, has become infructuous and it is dismissed as such.
Interim order dated 24.7.2013 stands vacated.
All pending applications stand disposed of accordingly.
