5. Presiding over the meeting.
- The meeting shall be presided over by the Chairman or, in the absence of the Chairman, the Vice-Chairman or in the absence of both the Chairman and the Vice-Chairman, by a member not intending to contest as a candidate at the election and chosen by the members present at the meeting to preside for the occasion. Such a person may be styled as the President.
