Section 6 in Travancore-Cochin Medical Practitioners Act, 1953
6. Nomination of members of first councils.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in sections 3. 4 and 5. in the case of the first councils, all the members other than the ex-officio member shall be nominated by the Government:Provided that the members so nominated shall be holders of recognized qualifications.
