Section 10(1) in Punjab Market Committees Bye-laws
(1)Any member of the Committee may ask for any information regarding anything done or purporting to be done by the Committee or regarding the affairs of the Committee by written notice and shall be supplied with such information by the Chairman of the meeting. The requisition for such information shall reach at least 4 days before the meeting in the office of the Committee :Provided that the Chairman may refuse to supply any information divulgence of which, in the opinion of the Chairman, be against the interest of the Committee.
