Section 30A(1) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1963
(1)A Market Committee duly authorized by the State Government for the purpose may by an order in writing, open collection centres for collecting there at the notified produce specified in such order. The Market Committee shall publish such order for the information of the public in such manner as it deems fit.
