Section 3(b) in The Chhattisgarh State Electricity Board General Provident Fund Regulations, 2001
(b)"Employer" means the Chairman of the Chhattisgarh State Electricity Board or any other officer authorized to act on behalf of CSEB or to whom any power is delegated;
