4. Application for Registration.
(1)An application for registration of a Sports Association shall be made to the Registrar in the Form I.(2)The application shall be appended with the documents specified in Schedule A of the Ordinance.(3)Application may be submitted to the Registrar in his office by hand or may be sent through registered post.
