Section 18(1) in The Benami Transactions (Prohibition) Act, 1988
(1)The following shall be the authorities for the purposes of this Act, namely:-(a)the Initiating Officer;(b)the Approving Authority;(c)the Administrator; and(d)the Adjudicating Authority.
