Section 72(8)(i) in The Punjab Co-operative Societies Rules, 1963

(i)Where the property to be attached is a decree either for the payment of money or for sale in enforcement of a mortgage or charge, the attachment shall be made by the order of the Registrar if the decree sought attached was passed by the Registrar under section 56 or by an arbitrator.
