Section 5(xiii) in THE ANDHRA PRADESH ANIMAL FEED (REGULATION OF MANUFACTURE, QUALITY CONTROL, SALE AND DISTRIBUTION) ACT, 2020
(xiii)The provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedures, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974) relating to search and seizure shall, so far as may be, apply to searches and seizures under this Clause.
