2.   Appellant by his RTI application had sought information regarding   Shri Rajesh Mahule's  appointment.       PIO   replied   on   2/3.09.2014   providing   para­wise   reply.       Being   unsatisfied,  appellant filed first appeal.   Having received no reply from FAA,   appellant approached the  Commission in second appeal.

12.    Both the parties made their submissions through video­conference from Bilaspur.  The  Commission   heard   the   submissions   and   perused   the   record   in   all   the   13(thirteen)   files  mentioned above.  The appellant is seeking same information regarding different people who  were   appointed   by   the   Public   Authority   as   per   the   recommendations   of   the   Selection  Committee.   When the Commission enquired from the respondent officer whether there are  any irregularities/complaints/inquiry against those persons, he denied about the existence of  any irregularity in their appointment.   In view of this, the Commission directs the CPIO to  provide the information as per the RTI Act,  after collecting costs from the appellant, within 15  days   from   the   date   of   receipt   of   this   order.     The   13(thirteen)   appeals   are  disposed   of  accordingly.
