-A. Submission of accounts to the Central Government.- (1) The Commissioners shall annually, or oftener, if directed by the Central Government so to do, submit statements of their receipts and disbursements to the Central Government in such form and at such time as that Government may direct.(2)A copy of all such statements shall be open to the inspection of the public at the office of the Commissioners during office hours on payment of such fee for each inspection as may from time to time be fixed by the Commissioners in meeting.
