Section 16(1) in Himachal Pradesh Nurses Registration Act, 1977
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act and rules made thereunder and subject to any general or special orders of the Council, it shall be the duty of the Registrar to maintain the registers and to act as Secretary to the Council.
