8887/2017/E1 dated 23.3.2018 and quash the same and thereby cancel the
tender issued for the work of construction of Micro Compost Centres at 9 places

respondent and thereby direct the respondents 1 to 3 to issue fresh tenders for

above said notification.

When the case was taken up, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that since the tender period is already over, the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
