Section 2(li) in Bihar Coal Mining Area Development Authority Rules, 1988
(li)"Year of Assessment" shall mean the financial year beginning with the 1st day of April and ending with 31st day of March following onward year in relation to the output of mine shall mean the calendar year beginning with 1st day of January & ending with the 31st day of December following.
