Section 39(1) in Maharana Partap Horticultural University, Karnal Act, 2015
(1)The relevant provisions of the Statutes, made for the existing university and in force immediately before the commencement of this Act, shall, in so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act and subject to such adaptations and modifications, be the first Statutes of the University.
