Section 2(a) in The Karnataka Entertainments Tax Act, 1958
(a)"admission" includes admission as a spectator or as one of an audience, and admission for the purpose of amusement by taking part in an entertainment;(aa)[ "Additional Commissioner" means the Additional Commissioner of Commercial Taxes appointed under the Karnataka Sales Tax Act, 1957 (Karnataka Act 25 of 1957) or the Karnataka Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Karnataka Act 32 of 2004); ] [Inserted by Act 15 of 2011 w.e.f 01.04.2011]
