- The [Executive Council] [Throughout the Act for the words 'Board of Management' the words 'Executive Council' substituted by Act No.13 of 1995.] shall prepare an annual report of the University and send it to the Academic Senate on or before such date as may be prescribed by the Statutes. The report shall, be considered by the Academic Senate at its next annual meeting. A copy of the report with a copy of the resolution thereon, if any, of the Academic Senate shall be submitted to the State Government for information.
