Section 118 in Karnataka Education Act, 1983

118. Penalty for impersonating at examinations.

- Any person who contravenes the provisions of section 25 shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year or with fine which may extend to [ten thousand rupees] [Substituted by Act 18 of 2017, w.e.f.06.04.2017.] or with both.
