Section 234(1) in Siliguri Municipal Corporation Act, 1990
(1)No person shall, without or otherwise than in conformity with the terms of a licence granted by the Chief Executive Officer in this behalf and on payment of such fees as may be determined, keep any eating-house, tea-shop, hotel, boarding house, bakery, aerated water factory, ice factory or other place where food is sold or prepared for sale.
