Section 7(1) in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Fast Track Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2017
(1)An operational creditor, other than workman or employee of the corporate debtor, shall submit proof of his claim to the interim resolution professional in person, by post or by electronic means in Form B.Provided that such person may submit supplementary documents or clarifications in support of the claim before the constitution of the committee.
