Section 42 in The Orissa Veterinary Practitioners Rules, 1976
42. Information of removal of name from the Register.
- The Registrar shall upon the removal of any name from the register pursuant to the direction of the Council send notice of such removal to the practitioner concerned. The Registrar shall also send information of such removal to the licensing authority under the Drugs Act of the State concerned and also to the Dean, Registrar or Secretary or other proper officer of any body or bodies from which the practitioner received his qualification or, qualifications or under whom he is employed.
