Section 70(1) in The Goa, Daman and Diu School Education Rules, 1986
(1)That the plans and estimates are approved by the authorities of the Public Works, the Education and the Sanitary Department;Note: The permission of the Public Works Department concerned should be obtained if the cost does not exceed Rs. 1 lakh. In other cases the sanction of Government is necessary.
