108. Keeping of minutes and proceedings. -
Minutes of each meeting of the Corporation and a committee of the Corporation recording therein the names of the members present at such meeting and the proceedings of each such meeting shall be drawn up and entered in a book to be kept for that purpose and shall be laid before the next meeting of the Corporation or such committee, as the case may be, and signed at such meeting by the Presiding Officer thereof.[* * * * * *] [Sub-section (2) omitted by W.B.
