(20)Centrifugal Extractors.-(a) Each extractor shall be provided with a guard for the basket, and the guard shall have inter-locking arrangement.(b)Each extractor shall be equipped with a mechanically or electrically operated brake to quickly stop the basket when the power driving the basket is shut off.
