(3)[ [(i) All the Presidents of the Water Users' Associations of the project area of major irrigation projects and all the Presidents and territorial constituency members of the Water Users' Associations of the project area of medium irrigation projects, so long as they hold such office, shall constitute the general body of the Project Committee.] [Substituted by M.P. Act No. 12 of 2003.](ii)The Project Committee shall have two nominated members, one of whom shall act as Co-ordinator between various departments and Farmers' Associations and who was be an Executive Engineer of Water Resources Department or Narmada Valley Development Department for Major Projects or an Assistant Engineer of Water Resources Department or Narmada Valley Development Department for Medium Projects and second member will act as an adviser who will be from the Agriculture Department.
