Section 15(i) in Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Meeting of Board of Trustees Rules, 1987
(i)The Chairman or the Executive Officer, as the case may be, may in case of emergency, ascertain the opinion of the trustees by circulation of the records among the trustees and, in case of unanimity of opinion, carry out the decision. If there is difference of opinion among the trustees during such circulation,the matter shall be considered at an emergency meeting convened for that purpose.
