ORDER
This is an appeal filed by the assessee against the order of CIT(A)- Cuttack, dated 13.6.2004, for the assessment year 2009-2010.
2. At the time of hearing, ld Authorised Representative of the assessee filed a petition seeking permission for withdrawal of the appeal filed by the assessee.
3. Ld Departmental Representative had no objection to the withdrawal of the appeal.
4. Therefore, the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn. 2 ITA No. 381/ CTK/ 2014
