Section 16 in The Haryana Public Premises and Land (Eviction and Rent Recovery) Act, 1972
16. Protection of action taken in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government or the local authority or the Commissioner or the Collector in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or of any rules or orders made thereunder.
