Section 8(1) in Himachal Pradesh Private Medical Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission and Fixation of Fee) Act, 2006
(1)The State Government shall, by notification, appoint a nodal officer, not below the rand of a joint Secretary to the State Government for entertaining complaints with regard to the contravention of the provisions of this Act of any notification issued thereunder.
