Section 7(2) in The Legal Practitioners' Fees Rules, 1973
(2)The fee for practitioners appearing in proceedings under section 47 of the Code of Civil Procedure shall be at the discretion of the Court subject to the minimum of Rs. 300.00 and a maximum of Rs. 500.00.
